Tadween
Your accounting, handled remotely — by a specialist team with AI ahead of it.
What exhausts a small company is not the accounting itself but the road to it: a bag of receipts, late manual entry, an accountant who visits once a month. Tadween inverts the order — the document enters the system the moment it is issued, and the rest happens behind the scenes.
The AI here does not issue an accounting judgement on its own: it reads the document and proposes the classification and the entry, then a human accountant approves before anything settles in the books. Professional responsibility stays with the human; the speed comes from the machine.
Highlights
- Photograph a document in the mobile app and upload it in seconds
- Automatic data extraction with a proposed classification and entry
- Human review and approval before posting — always
- Financial statements and reports, ready whenever you want them
How it works
1 — You upload
An invoice, a receipt, a bank statement — from the mobile app or the browser, in bulk or one at a time.
2 — It gets read
The system extracts date, amount, tax and counterparty, and proposes the account and accounting classification.
3 — An accountant reviews
A qualified accountant verifies the proposal, corrects it if needed, and approves — nothing posts before that.
4 — You read your numbers
A live financial position, P&L and balance sheet, debt ageing — and an indexed archive of every document for when the auditor asks.
Why Tadween
No waiting for month-end
The books update continuously, so you see today's position — not the one from five weeks ago.
An archive that survives an audit
Every entry is linked to the image of its source document — retrieval is a search, not a hunt through drawers.
A team, not just software
Behind the platform are accountants who follow your account and answer your questions — the service is accounting; the software is how it's delivered.
